• Directly responsible for the delivery and upkeep of all iCrossing proprietary technology solutions, including highly scalable tracking systems, reporting and analytics applications, and a media management software platform that managed over $300 million in advertising spend.• Created and rolled out iCrossing’s agile software development process as well as educated teams and business owners on it's benefit. Designed the process and selected supporting project management software to be fully measurable and completely transparent to teams and business owners alike.• Consistently set direction in engineering best practices, programming languages, and software architecture for all iCrossing products.• Set the technology vision and multi-year roadmap for iCrossing’s proprietary technology platforms, alongside the CTO and VP of Product Strategy. Translated that vision into quarterly objectives and guided teams to build story point and velocity based product roadmaps.• Scaled the software engineering organization from approximately 20 members to a team of over 60 software engineers, QA engineers, DBAs and seven managers in a mix of on and offshore resources in the U.S. and Pune, India.• Negotiated seven-figure specialty hardware and support contracts.• Was instrumental in sales of iCrossing to Hearst Media in 2010 and represented engineering and product technology in numerous rounds of due diligence with Hearst and 3rd party technology consultants.

* Managed approximately 50 Java and .NET consultants as leader of the Technology consulting group.• Developed and drove the company’s technology mission statement, directing all project-related goals and development efforts around the mission.• Extensively involved in the web development consulting sales process and participated in and presented at countless pitches to Fortune 500 clients. Personally grew several accounts by up-selling additional technology services that ranged in value from $100k to $1 million in consulting fees.• Improved delivery processes and tool usage through the initiation of internal projects around continuous integration, unit testing, version control standardization, cloud environment virtualization (VMWare), agile development methodologies, and deliverable standardization.• Implemented agile methodology development processes at a Fortune 500 client with large software development and QA staff. Served as the agile methodology expert and high-level project lead for Agency.com and client developers on large-scale web application for a financial services company, which included 30 developers across five teams including off-shore.
