Designed and developed blended learning courses for the Bridge to College initiative in coordination with a NC team. Provide just-in-time support for active courses. The courses are hosted on a Moodle platform with a myriad of H5P and 3rd party learning objects. The courses include content that assists students enhance their academic language skills. Wrote and integrated indigenous modules into courses.

Design thinking (OntarioLearn)

In conjunction with SMEs, develop H5P learning objects for the Canadian language learning and settlement sector. Consult and develop on digital learning content using H5P and Moodle.

Contribute to the final revisions of the eSkills project using the BrightSpace LMS.

Served as an evaluator to support the Government of Ontario's Virtual Learning Strategy. The VLS supports the Ontario post-secondary education sector. It was an investment by the Ontario Ministry of Colleges and Universities (MCU) intended to drive growth and advancement in virtual learning across the province’s post-secondary institutions. The strategy will expand the possibilities of traditional and life-long learning through the accelerated use of both online and hybrid learning.

Projects included: a corporate web page, interactive language learning activities via CD (Literacy for ESL) and online (CLTA Activities), course writer (Communicating in the New World) ESL instructor and CALL facilitator. Teaching ESL and facilitating a Computer assisted language learning lab were the main functions of these positions. Developed several learning objects for specific educational purposes. This position included ongoing education technology teacher mentoring. Taught a series of credit office and creativity applications in the evenings.

Faculty member in the English as a Second Language Program. As well, taught college math during the summer terms. Trained faculty peers on the Icon computer system and the audio-lingual lab.
