Developed and led the Insights and Analytics division as a member of the consulting senior management team. Delivered industry, competitive, and consumer insights to drive strategic planning across clients and internally. Strategic business consulting for Fortune 500 companies within the Consumer Packaged Goods and Media/Entertainment industries. Led projects focused on: profitability improvement, marketing trade spend efficiency/effectiveness, negotiation strategy and execution, consumer insight, and organization integration and design. Worked with the Southern California Committee for the Olympic Games helping to differentiate its 2016 Olympic bid. Managed national recruiting across all core MBA programs for the LA office as Recruiting Director in 2008/09

Revenue growth: Led analyses and developed recommendations for new revenue streams within Sony Electronics. Developed a customer education initiative within Sony-Center retail stores to drive sales of Sony products and services.

Integrated brand strategy: Championed the development of the long-term strategic business plan for the basketball and running categories. Led an integrated team with representation from sales, product, advertising, sports marketing, public relations, digital, and retail development to drive planning and implementation of key seasonal initiatives.

Strategic retail marketing and sales planning: Drove Nike’s retail marketing strategy in partnership with Sales. Led retail account planning for Foot Locker nationally and at key regional accounts. Developed retail marketing and sales plans to drive product ‘sell-in’ to key accounts and product ‘sell-through’ at retail.

Sports marketing & corporate partnerships: Piloted a sports marketing business plan for the basketball category. Managed corporate partnerships and implemented key sponsor initiatives with the NBA, Toronto Raptors, Vancouver Grizzlies; and with NBA athletes Steve Nash, Isiah Thomas, Damon Stoudamire, Marcus Camby, and Shareef Abdur-Rahim. Negotiated agreements with Canada Basketball (and Provincial Federations). Created the Nike All-Canada Development Camp for the top male and female high school athletes.

Event management: Supported operations for a series of sporting events and fundraisers ultimately leading to the NBA Draft
