As the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary for i2 Technologies (acquired by Blue Yonder) I was the chief legal advisor to the CEO regarding all aspects of the Company’s operations for this Supply Chain and Logistics Software and Technology. Applied strategic planning, prioritization, and management skills toward consistently achieving critical deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Counseled the Board of Directors and the Executive Management Team on liability accruals, mitigation of risk, due diligence and acquisitions, real estate leases, and investor relations matters. Partnered with the finance team to prepare the Company’s SEC-required filings, including 10q, 10k, Proxy Statements, and Form 8k.
