Managed the day to day operations of a $20M division within multiple Business Units at SAIC. Responsibilities included managing business development teams including sales and recruiting in the Mid Atlantic region, as well as forecasting and budgeting on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

Managed the business development team which included both sales and recruiting. Held responsibility for training staff, establishing quotas and driving teams to exceed corporate goals.

SM Consulting was sold to SAIC in May 2008. As an employee of SMC my career included the roles of Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Director of BD and finally, Sr. Director of BD. Each role revolved around the development and capture of new business in the Baltimore/Washington corridor.
