Through building strategic partnerships with public and private organizations, and actively engaging policymakers, I promote policies, programs, actions, and tools to help people with disabilities and long-term support needs live the life they choose. The goal is to help everyone live in their own home and community while receiving paid support from people they trust. By speaking at public events, conferences, and in educational settings, I have shared my experience in analyzing the roadblocks to this goal and finding solutions that place people first. Together, my family-built GT from the ground up. Throughout the years, I’ve filled a variety of roles at the company and from founder, to CEO, to president. Now, GT is a national leader in financial management services, helping more than 25,000 Medicaid beneficiaries in 13 states direct their home- and community-based care. As president, I actively seek growth opportunities and strategic partners to expand the reach of our company. All with the goal of in growing communities and improving quality of life for the people we serve.
