Led the USDA-inspected food production facility in achieving a 20x increase in gross revenue and transitioning operations from single-shift, 10 hours/day to 24/7/7. Also, built an SQF system and implemented automation and product flow changes that increased output by 400%.

More than doubled staff and dramatically increased production within first weeks on the job then led a sweeping transformation that took grew organizational revenue 6x. Led the installation of a $1M bottling line, achieving ROI in less than 12 months. Also, introduced thermal processing to a cold-filling facility and increased production line efficiencies by 50%+.
