Division President 2011 - 2013 Reporting to the CEO, full P&Ls for $195 million group consisting of a $100 million Consumer Direct Division with 92 company owned stores and B2C e-commerce sites. In addition, a wholesale branded hand-tool business, and wholesale branded housewares sales, marketing, and operations in Latin America, Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Grew sales through better meeting customer’s needs, brand and channel focus, and implementing revenue enhancing technologies. Grew profits and cash flow through lowering working capital, continuous cost improvement, and execution excellence.Group Vice President 2008 – 2011Reporting to the CEO, full P&Ls for business units: Retail Division (89 retail stores), B2C e-commerce, OLFA™ specialty tools, and operations in Australia, Latin America, Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Directed Corporate Strategic Planning and Global IT.Vice President Supply Chain and Chief Information Officer 2005 – 2008Reporting to the CEO, appointed to overhaul supply chain planning, inventory management, and strategic sourcing capabilities. Later added responsibility for the retail store's P&L and it's turnaround. Directed Retail Stores, Information Technology, Corporate Strategic Planning, Strategic Sourcing (Asia), Procurement, Customer Service, and Supply Chain Planning.Vice President and Chief Information Officer 2000 – 2005Reporting to the CEO, responsible for global information systems, process improvement, and technology infrastructure. Implemented SAP in Australia and Canada, eliminating redundant data centers and systems. Upgraded SAP and implemented process improvements saving millions of dollars.
