John is an experienced technology and workplace change leader with 20 years’ experience coaching and developing high performing teams and delivering business transformation. As Global IT Director for the smoothie and juice manufacturer innocent drinks John was responsible for setting an ambitious vision and strategy and delivering the capabilities to fuel growth from its beginnings as a small UK start-up through to their becoming Europe's largest chilled juice company. The core operational platforms, collaboration technologies and ways of working that John delivered enabled innocent to continue to operate seamlessly throughout the pandemic. As Head of Environment and Culture, John led all aspects of creating the environment for everyone to do their best work – from company culture to facilities management. This included acquiring and creating their inspirational workplaces - Fruit Towers, innocent’s London HQ as well as regional offices in across Europe. Before joining innocent, John was Management Consultant with Accenture where he delivered technology change programmes across capital markets, telecoms and retail industries. John is also a qualified secondary teacher in Design and Technology
