Experience includes health and human services policies, budgets, contracts and legislation. Spent 14 years working in various aspects of political relationship-building, campaigns and policy, which included both strategic and technical message development and communications strategies, building partnerships and coalitions within and among diverse individuals and groups and development of personal and professional image.Strategic Planning and Project Management: Health care consulting experience includes recent participation in development of an Iowa Medicaid re-bid proposal. Developed long and short term strategies and materials for compliance and execution on corporate mission/values, including provider engagement and network, messaging and branding and both internal and external education and outreach.
