With nearly 20 years of experience in law practice, I am a cyberlaw expert and a business litigator who provides litigation, counseling, and outside general counsel services to clients worldwide. I founded and manage Hendricks Law, P.C., a full-service law firm that specializes in cyber, business, and employment law, and represents clients in both traditional and digital economy industries. I have successfully litigated claims in state and federal courts in California, as well as in confidential arbitrations, and have advised clients on San Francisco's unique laws.I also am an adjunct professor of law at the National Security Institute of George Mason University Law School, where I teach Cybersecurity Law. I am a recognized expert and speaker on relevant legal topics, and have been quoted in leading legal publications, such as the ABA Journal and the San Francisco Daily Journal. In addition, I am a dedicated leader and participant in various professional and civic organizations, such as the ABA, BALIF, and the National LGBT Bar Foundation. I am a Life Fellow of the American Bar Foundation and served for six years on the University of San Francisco School of Law Board of Governors. I am licensed as an attorney and counselor at law in California and as a solicitor in England and Wales.In my spare time, I enjoy endurance cycling and flying airplanes.
