Based in New Zealand.A purely strategic CFO role alongside the CEO. Revenues were equivalent to USD $150M-$200M Million on U.S. price schedule. Made up of 6 distinct autonomous operating units. 600 FTE’s & 9 laboratory sites nationally. A Board of Director on the operating Companies. Instrumental with CEO on successful exit to Healthscope, a Public Listed Healthcare operator in Australia, during the most turbulent time in New Zealand funded Pathology. Instrumental with other Executives on securing $800M+ (on the U.S. price schedule) of long-term revenue contracts under competitive Tender Processes.
