John is a Project and Development Manager whose responsibilities include site evaluation and planning, due diligence, entitlements, rezoning & variances and project cost estimating. John facilitates and manages civil/architectural design, site development, contractor negotiating/bidding/construction, tenant coordination and the overall economic performance of projects.
