My role in this position was to inspect TESOL centers annually to ensure that they are fulfilling the five criteria of an internationally recognized TEFL certification. This included scrutinizing course materials,assessment criteria and all practical aspects of training ESL teacher trainers to ensure that qualifying centers adhere to a CELTA Equivalent certification process. during my time in this position, I was able help to TEFL centers change their courses to more students centric approaches improving trainee feedback in at least four of the seven centres accredited.
