The Automation Solutions team deploys innovative solutions (e.g., Alteryx, Python) to automate manual processes across CS. Additionally, John works closely with the CS Solutions team of Product Owners to execute CS strategic technology priorities.Notable prior roles include:- John was Business Manager to the Head of Client Service & CAO with responsibilities spanning budget & HC planning, execution of organisation strategy and expansion of India-based support teams.- John was Business Manager to the Head of Institutional sales covering EMEA and APAC with responsibilities spanning sales strategy and execution, business management, regulatory change, process improvement and control implementation.- John was a Project Manager with responsibility for managing multiple, complex business change initiatives.Originally from a Technology background, specialising in web development and website delivery, John developed a particular interest in helping business stakeholders get the most from Technology. Positions involving analysis, project management and relationship management led him to a Business Management role supporting a UK direct-to-customer investment platform. In this role he gained experience developing, implementing and managing investment platforms, primarily focused on D2C wrap propositions, but with a strong understanding of Adviser, Corporate and Wealth propositions.
