As the Managing Director of KingsCoin, I have over 30 years of experience in managing and developing real estate for developers and investors. I am responsible for developing investment strategy, project design and masterplan, sustainability, feasibility, financial and risk management of real estate developments. I am passionate about sustainable development and have adopted the Green Star Communities Framework as a template to guide our development design and strategy. I have successfully delivered multiple residential projects, including apartments, townhouses, and land subdivisions, across Australia and Ireland. I also work as the Senior Director of Development at Higginson Developments, where I develop residential projects for myself and my partners. I have a diploma in Construction Management from The Master Builders Association of SA and a diploma in Property Services from TAFE. I also have a degree in Business Management from Dublin City University. I have strong skills in development management, feasibility analysis, and project marketing.
