About John Hight

I have spent my entire career serving customers. From construction engineering to project management to leading a worldwide customer success organization to sales. The common threads of my career:-a passion for customer success-working with people who do not take themselves too seriously-from construction to startups, always buildingI started my career in engineering, building multi-million dollar wastewater treatment facilities. While I loved the work, that job stunk, literally. Then, the tech bug bit. I hopped over to Nortel Networks where I held a series of service, project, and account management roles. At Nortel, I helped build the Network Operations Center, a managed service offering for network providers. It was my first (well-funded) startup experience. I am now looking forward to building another great team and company at my 7th startup.
