As the Director of Proposal Management, I oversee a team of skilled professionals to ensure effective collaboration and successful execution of proposals. My responsibilities include managing Proposal Management Plans, creating Color Team Review plans, designing project schedules, and composing proposal artifacts. I also create processes and departmental policies to optimize efficiency and conduct analyses of implementation support. Additionally, I maintain and update internal processes and procedures to stay current with industry standards, collaborate with Capture Management in win planning and strategy development, and coordinate with Business Presidents, VPs, and Business Developers to manage proposal development activities.

Tin Cannon Brewing Co. is a mirco brewery located in Gainesville, Virginia (Prince William County). We manufacture our craft brews on-premise and sell them in our taproom. We typically have 12-15 beers on tap, offering sampler flights (4 x 4 oz), half pints (8 oz), pints (16 oz) and two sizes of growlers (32 oz and 64 oz) and crowlers. We've been happily serving customers since November 2014.

Responsible for the oversight of proposal development activities from pre-proposal planning to final production, delivery, and capture of lessons learned for proposals of various size and complexity, from short-turn task order responses to large multi-volume, multi-million dollar bids. Manages the process and schedule for ensuring tiag® submits compelling and compliant on-time submissions. Provides guidance and process oversight to proposal development teams (i.e., technical staff, writers, subject matter experts, reviewers) and is responsible for the final editing, formatting, and proofreading of the document prior to submission. Aids business development and operations staff by reviewing and assessing requests for proposals (RFP), request for information (RFI), and a wide variety of other bid requests. Works with a team of experienced, professional proposal managers to provide support on coworkers' bids in addition to leading assigned proposal efforts.

As a Program Manager, I act as the authorized interface with the Sponsor Contracting Officer (CO) and the Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR). Responsible for the overall contract performance especially delivering products and services in accordance with quality, cost and schedule standards established in contractual documents.
