• With NatWest I was a technical team leader on the Retail Banking Platform who consistently gaining high performance grades. Key responsibilities and achievements include:
• Analysis, design and comparison, development and testing of infrastructure replacements based on MSMQ and MQ Series. This led onto a successful pilot of a possible infrastructure replacement based on MSMQ and MTS based.
• Performance improvements and design modifications to existing SQL Server databases.
