As the manager of the Delivery and Services Infrastructure team, I was responsible for the quality of the setup and licensing features in the Office 2013 release, this included the development of Click-to-Run Installation and the introduction of Office 365 Subscription. In the Office 2010 release, I managed a team of developers responsible for the test automation tools and code coverage analysis for the Microsoft Office organization. I was also responsible for coordinating the test automation strategy across the Office during the 3 year release cycle. The team I led developed a new code coverage analysis tool that was used by teams across Microsoft. The tool received a Microsoft Engineering Excellence Award in 2010 (only 4 awards are given per year across the company)

I managed a team of 10+ engineers responsible for ensuring the quality of the end user facing features in the SharePoint Portal Server 2003 and 2007 releases, this included the home page, news pages, site directory and other related features.

I started at Microsoft working on the version 1 release of SharePoint Portal Server, where I was responsible for testing the Web Folder integration with Microsoft Office. I developed a number of tools for web browser and Windows shell automation that were used by teams across the Office organization.
