Responsible for turn-around of an unprofitable business unit. Consolidated three offices while streamlining the team from 38 to 14. This team delivered two major product releases, implement upgrades for 40% of the customer base and ultimately increase customer satisfaction.Designed product enhancements and revised implementation process which reduced implantation time by 65%.The following year the business unit delivered $2.8mm in revenue, without a sales staff, generating a net profit of $890,000.Customers included: AT&T Wireless, Best Buy, Virgin Mobile / Atlantic, HP, Cendant Mortgage, Continental Airlines, Bank of New York, ING, Rockwell Collins, Ticket Master, Countrywide Home Loans, TESCO, Consolidated Edison, and Neiman Marcus.
