Helped manage the recovery of the ARI Ireland Retail business at Dublin & Cork airports from the impacts due to the COVID pandemic . Led the Finance, Logistics, Order Management, IT and Retail Concessions businesses for ARI Ireland as trading recovers ahead of the passenger growth.

- Provide financial support to the ARI executive team and be the financial lead on business planning activities within ARI.- Manage the delivery of financial and transactional projects within ARI relating to corporate acquisitions and International airport retail concession bids.-

- Responsible for the development and upgrade of Financial controls across the group.- Assessment of marketing activities across all regions.- Provide Financial leadership for terms negotiations with major suppliers for the IT, Marketing and Payments functions.- Development of a suite of weekly and monthly Management reports to support and drive business performance reviews.

- Manage the delivery of the Company’s planning, budgeting and reporting processes.- Finance lead on key Project boards focused on company strategic restructure, manage the generation of 5yr strategic plans.

- Led the financial management of the planning and reporting for the Retail function which covered 100 stores (12,500 staff), 4 depots and an on-line shopping channel.- Worked with the Company Operational Director and Regional Stores Directors to ensure delivery of the annual Retail budget.

- Developed a strategic model to assess the business viability of various electronic and Customer Direct selling channels.- As member of the Division’s senior management team, helped shape the growth of the business in terms of market proposition and overall strategy.
