I also implemented a third-party Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) and established a third-party Help Desk, allowing internal teams to concentrate on critical business issues.Beyond my professional endeavors, I am an avid NFL fan—though being a Chicago Bears fan can feel like a curse at times. I am also a father of twins and actively engage in my children's school activities, including sports and PTA initiatives.
