John Holme is a Technical Director at 3CR Bioscience at 3CR Bioscience. John and I worked together to capture a full picture of the existing portfolio, to classify it, look at what was possible with given levels of resource, and set clearly-defined goals which aligned with the organisational NPD roadmap (he contributed generously to a stage-gating process I put in place to prioritise work within the business). John was an enthusiastic contributor to this process, and every project manager's dream in being willing to take a leap of faith (which paid off) in providing invaluable input despite being considerably over-stretched.
