In my three-plus decades as a labor and employment attorney representing employers, I’ve specialized in collective bargaining and contract administration, human resource counseling for legal compliance, litigation in state and federal courts throughout the U.S., and representation of clients before state and federal agencies.I’ve been licensed to practice in Georgia since 1975 and in Michigan since 1976, and have represented clients before U.S. District Courts throughout the country; before the 5th, 6th, 7th, and D.C.
