Lead Draftsman for Superior Walls. Work on creating final CAD shop drawings for Manufacturing Purposes as well as preliminary client CAD drawings of Superior Walls Foundations for review. Provide accurate estimates and quotations to clients.Responsible for daily operations for our ReCon Retaining Wall product. Create inventory controls, loading tickets, cost analysis, maintain manufacturing schedule. Additional sales and technical support within company.Additional Duties Include:In house sales. Review blue prints with clients. Interact with Architects, Builders, Engineers, and Homeowners daily. Multiple project management, and assistance with Salespersons project management. Data entry including CRM programs and product cost analysis. Train new Salespersons with CAD program and Estimate packages. Create and maintain; websites, in house server, spread sheets and data entry. Technical support for network, web pages, and CAD program. Overlook and revise all drawings from Salespersons to conform with Product Specifications. Assist Salespersons with drawings and estimating. Assist General Manager, Sales Manager, and Plant Manager in day to day operations. Attend and manage Home/Trade Shows.Also responsible for creating in house estimating software for Salespersons, and in charge of Yearly Open House presentations and tours.www.superiorwallspa.comwww.superiorwalls.com
