Current• Lead and consult a territory of 40 Allstate agency locations consisting of $185 million in P&C premium, implementing servant-leadership principles and digital transformation strategies to drive business expansion.• Consult agency locations on cashflows, P&L, revenue scaling, expense optimization, and change management to strengthen their revenues, profits, and reinvestment opportunities, driving a $20 million growth in territory’s P&C premium in Q1 of 2023.• Articulate the framework of corporate strategy implementation, energizing and communicating the organization’s direction in growing market share, resulting in 18.6% growth in P&C premium and 5.1% increase in policies in force of territory in 2022.• Strategize on expanding distribution points: launched 5 new locations in NYC in 2022, establishing benchmarks of excellence around new agency acquisition and onboarding.• Develop appropriate strategies and execute to improve KPIs of the territory: increased new business conversion rate by 2.7 percentage points and overall policyholder retention by 0.5 percentage points in 2022.• Mentor internal stakeholders in realizing enterprise systemic transformation to customer engagement efforts with the company’s strategic objectives.• Serve as one of the 60 selected members on Field Sales Organization Council, a countrywide council group that strategizes on enterprise growth, internal & external trends, and additional market opportunities to provide insights and recommendations to the organization.
