Director Of It
CurrentResponsible for the planning, organizing, and execution of all IT systems both hardware and software within the organization, ensuring alignment with company goals to meet company objectives. Contributes to strategic planning at the executive level. Identifies complex needs of the organization, recommends and implements technical solutions. Provides data for business analytics, and assists in the analysis of data. Serves as member of the Menu Team, responsible for modeling of food cost, pricing, and menu engineering. Ensures that all IT functions meet requirements. Creates standards and procedures to ensure all systems are available to all departments. Sets all IT security programs, both at the store and support center level, including policies, compliance, and reporting. Manages the support and maintenance, of all current systems. Recommends and identifies, outside vendors, and consultants where appropriate, and is responsible for their contract management, and acts as their primary contact. Leads teams of internal and external resources in projects, and acts as Project Manager for those projects. Consults with architects, and construction managers to ensure IT systems and infrastructure are in place for new stores. Oversees all new store installations, and live support for opening. Runs first and second line help desk for all IT systems. Maintains a rotating stock of common store hardware to facilitate the expedited replacement of equipment. Hires and manages, IT staff.
