With nearly 30 years of experience in diverse sectors, including health, not-for-profit, government, commercial, education, and research, I am an executive director, leadership, strategy, and impact coach/facilitator who leads and facilitates complex, multi-disciplinary, multi-stakeholder, and intercultural initiatives and collaborations for a stronger community and shared future.Currently, I lead the development of a Community Foundation for Alice Springs and a network of universities, research centres, Aboriginal and other health services to improve health outcomes in Central Australia. I also run my own consultancy, Huigen Advisory, where I support and coach boards, CEOs, and senior leaders to achieve greater mission impact and outcomes. I design and implement leadership development programs, facilitate strategy and change, and foster innovation and growth. I am a Vincent Fairfax and Williamson Fellow, and a passionate advocate for intercultural and collaborative innovation.
