Job Description:To provide technical and administrative assistance to the Director and Assistant Director of Engineering. Provides assistance in all operational aspect of the Engineering Department.Responsibilities:Assist the Director of Engineering / Assistant Director of Engineering/ Engineering Manager in the full upkeep of the preventative maintenance, including the keeping of logs on work done, scheduling and the assignment of projects and other related tasks.Assist the Director of Engineering and the Assistant Director of Engineering the procurement of supplies and the issuance of purchase orders.Review work orders and assign work by priorities.Maintain up-to-date inventories of heat, light & power and repair and maintenance supplies.Respond to guest requests.Work with the Engineering staff on a shift basis and coordinates their activities.Assume the full responsibility for the Engineering Department in the absence of the Director of Engineering and Assistant Director of Engineering.Have a thorough understanding of Omni's fire alarm procedures and emergency evacuation.Have a thorough understanding of Omni's job scenarios.Must be familiar with Omni's Systems and Services procedures.

Responsibilities:- Responsible for giving the highest level of guest service while helping to maintain the quality of the facilities.- Responsible for maintaining a maintenance and project checklist/schedule for preventive maintenance and ongoing improvements. - Perform repairs including:electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, building equipment, carpentry, special projects, and other related areas. - Complete tasks assigned through the work order process. - Diagnoses malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem. - Uses a variety of tools and equipment including but not limited to power tools, measuring devices, and testing equipment. - Perform business management duties such as maintaining records and files and preparing reports. -Order supplies, contact vendors necessary to complete job requirement.

My duties include, but are not limited to:Collecting and delivering dishes, glasses and assorted service ware to the assorted banquet facilities in preparation for various functions.Setting up and monitoring the service lines for the breakfast buffet several times a week.Assisting with the assembly and delivery of plated dishes to the various banquet functions.Ware washer for the main dining room, banquet facilities, room service and outlet restaurant kitchens.

Providing comprehensive repair, maintenance, and project management services for a 23-story 247-unit beach front luxury condominium complex, including:- Monitoring the daily operation of the facilities, ensuring minimal disruption in the common areas and the owner units.- Proactively resolving issues, identifying opportunities for improvement to the facilities, and updating the General Manager as needed.- Leading and completing all aspects of renovation projects.- Demonstrating a working knowledge of blueprints and electrical schematics.- Preparing the facility for summer activities.- Maintaining, repairing, and refurbishing a variety of equipment.- Conducting comprehensive annual inspections of all residential units, encompassing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and smoke detectors.- Completing necessary repairs and preventative maintenance in a timely manner.
