The Desk Clerk position is a customer service position representing the Department of Housing and Residence Life of Western Kentucky University. I was responsible for selling the advertisement space in the official student planner for Western Kentucky University and helping to launch the UConnection dining and nightlife app. To begin this internship I attended a week-long, nationally recognized sales training in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
