Responsibility and accountability for driving and managing the corporate security function on a global basis. Responsibilities include: managing corporate security programs, security operations, outsourced security services, security administration, investigations and security systems on a worldwide basis for the protection of people, property and assets for the corporation. C Develop and maintain service specifications and contracts to carry out and manage functional responsibilities. Define and recommend security requirements, specifications, and equipment and manage the acquisition, implementation and operation of security systems, programming, networking, system upgrades and provides ongoing support and needs assessment of electronic security surveillance systems and security equipment devices. New construction and site planning responsibility to ensure security concepts, programs and systems are incorporated, sourced, and installed as appropriate.

Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of an 1352-hour per week account, to include scheduling, payroll, and staffing needs of this 40 plus security officer contract. Coordinated with Security Director to implement a new Security Command Center that monitors worldwide cameras and emergencies. Responsible for creating Security Post Orders. Responsible for coordinating with Police, fire and emergency medical personnel for all events on campus. Founding member of Emergency Response Team. Responsible for day to day security operations including investigations, parking and access control issues and all other security related issues pertaining to the 1700 employee, seven building campus.
