Led all plant based product engineering across Long Manufacturing's plants in NA and Europe. Long Manufacturing was acquired by Echlin Automotive in 1997 and merged into Dana Corporation in 1999.Retired in 2008 as Director of Product Engineering to take up the challenge of becoming a Financial Advisor when recruited by Edward Jones.

Expanded role from being Product Engineering Manager of one facility to all 5 Canadian Facilities during a period of very rapid growth as Long expanded from ~$50M sales to ~$165M sales by 1997. By 1997, Long was the dominant air cooled transmission heat exchanger producer in automotive.

Kingston On

Led R&D programs for Aluminum Smelter electrolytic cell design improvements and later led the heat exchanger materials development teams.
