Recently completed an assignment as a SAL (Systems Availability Leader) for a large financial organization. Provided the interface between the organization and IBM on issues relating to the availability of IBM hardware and software products. Primary focus and objectives were to assist the organization in increasing availability by reducing resolution time on problems occurring with the IBM Systems.

Initially managed a group of PSR's (Program Support Reps) for Level 1 & 2 for System 36, AS400 and MVS. Worked directly with the Level 1 & 2 Site Director as the Program Administer for all aspects of the day to day operations as well as programs for all support personnel.
