Managed inventory levels to ensure materials are available for manufacturing components and assembly of final products. Reviewed and updated bill of materials for over 600 products in conjunction with sales and production team so correct configurations were reflected. Researched and implemented new ERP system which automated inventory updates as products are manufactured/shipped and correctly reflected cost of goods sold. Trained 10 personnel on new ERP system and worked with Assembly and Machining teams to develop processes for updating and maintaining work orders and inventory levels. Monitored and conducted daily and weekly cycle counts and scheduled and completed three complete inventories. Monitored stock levels and identified static and obsolete items. Trained warehouse worker and established guidelines for safety, cycle counts and moving inventory to production floor. Trained receiving person and monitored receipts to ensure timely updates in ERP system. Identified and resolved item cost issues and worked with CFO to confirm proper cost accounting.

Reloaded over 250K rounds of ammunition to support testing of assembled products. Developed loads for new calibers in conjunction with the production team to meet company goals for test fire ammunition. Coordinated with production manager to ensure proper loads were available when needed. Researched and set-up automated ammunition reloading system to double output and reduce rejected items by 50 percent.

Provided full onsite administrative, logistical and Health, Safety, Security and Environmental support for delegates and faculty. Performed clerical and administrative duties related to the support of training sessions before, during and after each training session. Built relationships with venue staff and various facilitators ensuring smooth program delivery. Supported over 60 training sessions throughout the US encompassing 10 to 100 participants, ranging from 1 to 14 day events. Liaised with 15 different venues and built business relationships with their staff, various BP faculty and BP employees. Maintained working knowledge of various training programs by managing timetables, material setup and post program feedback, as well as briefing facilitators and venue staff. Trained 5 new Onsite Coordinators.

Directed 43 personnel in storage, inspection, receiving, shipping and inventory management of over 3K line items worth $167M used for Test & Evaluation and Research & Development purposes. Oversaw storage processes in 44 facilities ensuring proper storage and safety. Coordinated with accountable officer for count team to conduct monthly cycle counts and seven count teams to conduct two semi-annual inventories decreasing time required from five to two days. Enforced strict accountability procedures throughout work areas and ensured updates to databases were completed in a timely manner.

Oversaw 90 personnel managing inventory stock items worth $266M. Managed utilization and maintenance of 78 storage and operating facilities encompassing 366K square feet. Directed receiving, shipping and periodic inspection of assets to ensure the correct quantities and condition of munitions required for mission support. Coordinated with logistics personnel for 20 foot shipping containers required for out shipment. Lead team in load development and arranged 3 escort crews for transport to sea port. Worked with accountable officer for seven monthly cycle counts and two semi-annual complete inventories. Enforced compliance with US and UK explosive safety requirements in storage and transport of munitions. Developed and evaluated contingency plans to support training and real world missions.

Lead 108 personnel in three sections in operations to assemble, inspect, maintain and deliver munitions to support daily flying operations. Ensured control, transfer, accountability and proper documentation were maintained for inventory assets. Analyzed shop and flying schedules for proper items were on hand and ready to go as required and to ensure sufficient crews were available. Managed 213 vehicles and support equipment, tracked status and required maintenance and repairs. Deployed to Bagram AB, Afghanistan as Munitions Flight Chief to support contingency operations from Dec 08 to Jul 09. Worked with German and French coalition partners for vital munitions support.
