By combining my experience in cognitive psychology and human-centred design, I craft “a-ha” moments that click with users.Overseeing experience design, brand collaboration, and experience strategy practice at Sightglass Partners, I collaborate with clients to craft an informed vision, collect internal buy-in, and learn from iteration throughout delivery. My combined background at product delivery services firms and in-house enterprise software companies gives me a unique understanding of how to bring diverse groups of people together to achieve unified outcomes. I co-founded the product design and strategy practice at Thoughtworks, managing over 60 design and technology consultants across the U.S. and Canada and delivering positive results for some of their most innovative clients. After growing the division into one of Thoughtworks’ most profitable service offerings, I became a leading Partner, working with private equity and funded start-up across the U.S., Canada, UK, EU, Australia, and China. I joined Ultimate Software Group (now UKG), a Fortune 500 global company, where I led multiple business units, including Brand and Creative, Experience Design, Accessibility and Research, Global Strategy, and the UX Design Community. I led the software company’s first UltiPro suite redesign and created its enterprise design language system, contributing to Ultimate Software's $ 1 billion valuation in 2019. When Hellman & Friedman Partners acquired Ultimate Software and merged with Kronos Incorporated at a valuation of $ 3 billion, I oversaw bringing the two giants together through a new product brand strategy and integrated suite experience design delivered across products.I earned my B.A. in Digital Media and International Studies from the University of Denver and an M.Sc. in Human-Computer Interaction from DePaul University.
