Special Operations and Trainer Programs Responsible for the successful attainment of all cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives for SOF CLSS Ground Mobility and Non-Standard Aviation programs (Rotary & Fixed wing Trainers, Air Traffic Control, Foreign Military Sales and various ISR programs). Serve as principal technical contact for all senior level management. Ensure the logical and systematic conversion of customer requirements into total system solutions which acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. • Concurrently manage 25-30 technically diverse projects with various contract types (Firm Fixed, Cost Plus, LOE, etc.) with total value of approximately $200M+ • Function in a highly dynamic, aggressively scheduled SOF business environment requiring efficient and effective decision making to support customer requirements and available funding• Direct a highly technical team of Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, Test, Safety and Software Engineers while coordinating with other functional areas • Successfully coordinate all subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.• Establish and maintain USG customer and outside party relations and develop into new business opportunities• Provide technical inputs for the activities of a multidiscipline team working across multiple divisions /companies to accomplish the goals of individual projects.• Present to senior and executive levels of internal and external customers • Supported new business pursuits resulting in a 100% capture rate with both domestic and foreign customers• Successfully negotiated numerous contracts with USG • Coordinate and approve proposals, business plans, performance work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract.

Provide technical expertise to Program Management Office (PMO) and determined practicability, feasibility and economic implications involved in research and development of assigned Ground Mobility efforts. Establish priority target dates, resources and requirements to implement the technical portion of projects. Serve as the principal coordinator between PMO and supporting Engineering staff.• Successfully created and managed Project Plans for technical projects on Family of Special Operations Vehicles (FOSOV) vehicles with no project overruns or delays.• Exceeded Return on Sales (ROS) targets on all Firm Fixed Price (FFP) programs by at least 300% while maintaining schedule and providing customer cost savings • Developed process of providing cost proposals to provide “a la carte” flexibility to customer resulting in a 72% increase in revenue• Manage Technical Publications for FOSOV and implemented first ever Computer Based Training (CBT) publication.• Increased confidence in perceived technical capabilities and improved rapport with customers of over 10 Project Managers resulting in 100% increase in work load for Engineering staff.
