My legal experience is largely in the area of consumer law. This includes all facets of litigation pursuing claims under the Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act and representing consumers being sued for various types of debt (primarily home loan defaults/foreclosure defense, credit cards and medical debts). Further, I have some experience working on matters pertaining to bankruptcy, probate administration and guardianship matters. My professional experience began during college working for a commercial website development and marketing firm. In that position I wore multiple hats, with my primary job being attracting new clients and serving as their adviser in bringing their business to the internet. During my years in this position I became proficient in the ins and outs of developing websites from the ground up, driving traffic to these websites and showing small to mid-sized businesses how to utilize social media. I continue to do consulting in this capacity.Other proficiencies include: Communication, public speaking, marketing via the web, SEO and creative approaches to using the web to drive revenue, retain existing clients and to streamline business.
