Currently serve as Associate Dean in the College of Applied Technologies at the University of Northwestern Ohio. Duties include program assessment and review, assisting with the organizing of open house and update seminar, faculty credential management (ASE certifications), faculty and staff supervision, organizing faculty training workshops, assist with university accreditation practices, and assisting the Academic Deans to name a few. Work with and provide support to university departments to improve the overall student experience. At this time, I still teach inside the classroom on a part-time basis.

Designed the curriculum for Customer Relations Automated Management and First Year Experience courses. Designed a previous version of Digital Documents and Spreadsheets. Main course taught is Customer Relations Automated Management which is basically a course covering automotive management. Subjects taught include discounting, markup percentages, repair order generation, QuickBooks, paper flow analysis, customer relations, inventory management, breakeven analysis, and payroll. There is a heavy emphasis on using Microsoft Word and Excel in daily shop operations. The course also instructs robotics and HVAC students in customer relations inside of their disciplines.I have extensive experience in Moodle, our former learning management system (LMS). I have routinely integrated tests and homework assignments into courses for ease of use by students and staff. Transition to a new LMS, Canvas, has expanded my knowledge and experience in learning management systems. Experience includes creating tests and quizzes, rubrics, homework assessments, embedding documents, linking url's, uploading files, and organizing content.
