As the Chief Information Officer of Columbia Forest Products, North America’s leading provider of hardwood plywood and veneer, I oversee the IT vision, roadmap, and operations.My core competency and accomplishment is the delivery of complex business solutions across many technical and functional areas, such as ERP, finance, tax, logistics, warehouse management, order to cash, plan to build, and procure to pay. I have successfully led and executed large-scale ERP initiatives, digital transformation projects, and organizational change management programs, partnering with internal and external stakeholders, system integrators, and vendors. I have also developed and mentored high-performing teams of solution architects and business analysts, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.
