CBP temporary assignment subject to the Intergovernmental Personnel Act (IPA)• Performed duties specific to ITB efforts to test & evaluate and acquire next-generation technologies in cargo radiography and passive radiation detection.- Supported the Office of Field Operations (OFO), Fines, Penalties, and Forfeitures (FP&F) Division with science, engineering, and technology skills for the Seized Property Branch (SPB) narcotics destruction mission.Authored narcotics destruction project documentation such as market research, system/process requirements, workstatements, cost estimates, and logistics/sustainment requirements for mobile and stationary destruction systems.• Performed strategic planning for the destruction of seized narcotics and agricultural products, research development and acquisition support for applicable technologies, and proactive studies and analysis to modernize, maintain, and optimize the process for destruction and/or recycling of seized and forfeited property.
