The role involved:Writing good quality copy as well as capturing and managing photography, 360-degree images and video content Optimising web content and tracking and producing reports using tools such as Google analytics.Running multiple social media accounts using tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite and Tweetdeck. Held staff social media training, running through what is needed from them and the expected behaviour.Website management using WordPress CMS to moderate comments, upload blogs and images and general maintenance of the site and its appearance.Ability to manage a team of four direct reports and ensure their workload was manageable and to the high standards we required, guiding them when needed.Introduced a range of regular posts like ‘tweets of the week’ to engage with clients directly and repackaged these for Linkedin.Create marketing emails to candidates and clients promoting our services, latest vacancies and top candidates.Creating content from images and video that I have produced and repurposing content from other sources such as mobile phone images.​Create a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly report to show statistics on our website and social media accounts using google analytics and respective platforms analytics.Scheduling social posts up to a month in advance using Buffer, I also have experience of using Hootsuite from my previous role as a press photographer.
