CurrentEstablish and maintaining tracking facility for all documents. Updates and record all drawings and Documents. Responsible for monitoring hardcopy documents. Ensuring all documents are as up to date as possible within electronic filing system-ACONEX. Allocating and controlling the numbering of documents and drawing for each project. (ACONEX Administrator) Provide advice on procedures of issues and methods in accessing the ACONEX system and Approval for all submission. Supervise and provide guidance to department personnel. Setup Company filing index based on Company Filing Index (CFI). Receive, check, circulating and review all incoming and outgoing documents
