In 2014, Hathway and Top Builder Group (Macau, China), established a company called Top Capital Group (TCG) to develop residential property projects in the UK. TCG raised close to GBP 40M of equity to invest into the UK projects through self funding and a network of HNWI. The total GDV of all 5 UK projects was GBP150M. TCG established a strong relationship with a local property developer in Birmingham, called Court Collaboration.1- Arden Gate (arden-gate.co.uk). Arden Gate is a new build development of 225 apartments located in the city centre of Birmingham, UK. with a development value of GDV 55M. HCG provided investment advice and management with the local development partner (Court) in the UK. (Fully sold).2- The Axium (the-axium.com).The Axium is a new build development of 304 apartments located in the heart of Birmingham, UK with a GDV of GBP 83M. HCG provide investment advice and management with the local development partner (Court). (Fully sold).3- The Toy-Box (www.topcapgroup.com). The Toybox project consisted of securing planning approval for a 290-bed student accommodation project and the sale of the land parcel to a UK PBSA operator. (Sold). 4- The Franklin (www.topcapgroup.com). The Franklin project consisted of redevelopment of a redundant 63,000 sq. ft. office building and conversion to 79 luxury residential apartments. Projexasia Limited is an ISO9001:2000 (2002), ISO14001 and ISO18001 accredited construction management company providing project management, construction management and management contracting services mainly in Hong Kong and Macau.I led a team of up to 60+ professional and support team members. My responsibilities included:• Establishing 3 new companies in 3 Asian countries to provide project management, construction management and management contracting services as alternatives to traditional contracting to achieve the specific combinations of quality, programme and cost required by our clients.• Full P&L accountability for the combined HKD100 million per annum turnover; with complete oversight of business development, finance, human resources and one shareholding Director, plus all other aspects of the company’s business.• Implementation of an IMS quality management system to support the growth of the company.• Acting as the appointed Authorised Signatory and the Technical Director of the company under the Hong Kong Buildings Ordinance.• Projexasia was a Registered General Building Contractor under the Building Authority - HK.I managed business growth from zero to HKD100 million per annum in just two years. Projexasia completed 90+ projects, with a construction value of over HKD800 million (USD100M). Projexasia obtained ISO9001: 2000, 14001, 18001 certification in 2002.Projexasia were successful in being awarded 20+ health, safety and small business awards.

Asiabuild was a subsidiary of Gammon Construction Limited, a leading construction and engineering contractor headquartered in Hong Kong. In addition to local construction projects, it was also involved in construction and engineering projects in China and Southeast Asia. As Business Development Manager & Project Manager, I worked as part of a team of 40+ professional and support staff. I was responsible for:• Managing a portfolio of 20+ construction projects across a range of asset classes for clients such as Swire Properties, Hong Kong Land, Search Group, PCCW, The American Club. • Leading the corporate marketing and business development drives • Creating updated corporate promotional materials including brochures, websites and database management.
