As the Executive Vice President at Dow Software, the technology arm of Dow Wealth Management, a $750MM AUM RIA, I play a pivotal role in steering the company towards its strategic goals. My responsibilities encompass activities in business development, sales, strategic partnerships, and marketing, all aimed at establishing and reinforcing Dow Software's position as a leader in the fintech industry.Key Responsibilities:Business Development: I spearhead initiatives to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the fintech sector.Sales Leadership: At the core of my role is driving sales for our flagship products - Strad Pro, a solution designed for financial professionals, and Wealth Orchestrated, our consumer-facing platform. I oversee the sales team, setting targets, and implementing sales strategies.Strategic Partnerships: I am responsible for forging and nurturing strategic partnerships that open new channels to grow our market presence. Digital Marketing: My role involves creating content and overseeing the marketing strategies for Dow Software and refining our message to our target market. Product Development Input: Leveraging my past experience founding a fintech company, I work closely with the product development team and our customers, providing insights and feedback to ensure our products, Strad Pro and Wealth Orchestrated, are aligned with needs and client expectations.Client Relationship Management: Understanding our client's needs, while building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients is critical aspect of my role. I ensure that our clients receive exceptional service and that their feedback is used to continuously improve our offerings.Team Leadership: As a proven leader, I am committed to fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and collaboration within our team. When I co-founded Baer, software integrations in wealth management were a mess at best and non-existent at worst. I'm not sure if the integration landscape is much better today than it was 10 years ago, so my team will continue to work on the integration holy grail. Stay tuned.
