As a results-oriented, enterprise strategy, program, and organizational change leader, I have 20+ years’ experience building teams, keeping them on track, and driving them to results. I am enthusiastic about solving problems and building solutions with other people, especially with teamwork and camaraderie. With twenty years as a certified PMP, fifteen as a Prosci ADKAR Change practitioner, and ten as a SAFe SPC, I have flexibility in traditional, hybrid, and agile delivery approaches.
