The EM role has been established to increase the professional services business in established accounts. The EM works closely with the account executives for each of their accounts and is tasked with identifying opportunities for professional services within an account, developing and costing proposals, and selling to the client.

I returned to project management in 2010 and successfully managed transition and transformation projects including the transformation of a client's acquisition into a subsidiary of the client, deployment of a huge and complex private cloud environment, deployment of a medium private cloud environment requiring a project resourced from three continents, and providing project management SME input to business development proposals.
