He maintains an eye for efficiency in his approach to servicedelivery, consistently removing unnecessary steps, and finding ways to increase value to the customer.This perspective differentiates himself from many other leaders in the field.Previously, as a Senior Cyber Resilience Consultant at Ernst & Young (EY), John advised many of thelargest organizations in the United States. His engagements improved clients’ abilities to prevent,detect, withstand, and recover from cyber incidents while maintaining necessary compliance. Johnbegan his career as an information technology professional. Most notably at a startup MicrosoftWarehouse, he led a team tasked with implementing IT infrastructure into the facility. This resulted inan increased capacity, from 0 to over 850,000 products processed daily.John has a Master of Science in Information Systems (MSIS) from Indiana University, Bachelor ofScience in Information Technology from Indiana State University, and holds the following certifications:CISM, CISSP, ITIL, and Six Sigma Black Belt.
