I have enjoyed the chance to learn more about our world living with people from 10+ countries in places from Colorado to Washington, D.C. before coming home. My work experience consists of leadership positions in both the private and public sectors, Board roles (prefer to avoid officer positions and instead focus on addressing critical organizational challenges), consulting for Fortune 500 companies, and tech startup accelerator participation. Formative experiences include startup, serving as student body president in high school and college, experience collaborating with diverse perspectives from employers to higher ed, a law degree/license, and winning the national Truman Scholarship. Currently I am Executive Director of The E-Center business incubator, which has received #1 statewide rankings for key industry metrics, and serve as a chair of entrepreneurship efforts for an organization formed to promote regional collaboration. It is exciting to work with great teams to pursue high goals through outside-the-box strategies while managing against quantifiable metrics. I mean, that may not sound exciting, but it really is most days!
