Event Services - Supervisor, Trainer, Usher, Concierge
Current• Deploy and supervise the 200 Event Services staff (ushers, ticket takers, elevator operators, and guest services) in an effective manner, emphasizing a courteous and helpful attitude towards all guests.• Train employees on the proper procedures and techniques of greeting guests, assisting with directions throughout the venue, checking tickets and seating guests in assigned seat(s) and maintaining a safe environment for the public and facility.• Deliver training to entry-level new employees during their on boarding utilizing best practice delivery methods.• Respond to risk management/emergency situations.• Ensure compliance to established procedures, policies, safety and housekeeping standards.Provide stellar customer service to the guests at Honda Center events. Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with directions throughout the venue, checking tickets and seating guests in assigned seat(s). Additional team duties may include a door guard position, participate as an elevator operator, or assist with taking tickets during their shift.
